At Labelle Flores, we are dedicated to providing you with high-quality flowers. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on customized orders, floral and food items. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, please contact our customer service for any queries.
Damages and Issues
Delivery policy
Delivery available throughout Johannesburg! Orders require a minimum delivery fee of R180. Please note, same-day delivery is unavailable. Allow 1-3 business days for your order to arrive. Once placed, orders cannot be modified. Thank you for your understanding!
- Mon - Fri : 10:00AM to 16:00PM
- Saturdays: 9:00AM to 14:00PM
- Sundays : Closed
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to update you on your delivery.
- Courier Partners: We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your flowers and treats arrive in perfect condition.
- Shipping Delays: Please be aware that shipping delays may occur during special sales periods, weekends, and public holidays. We do not offer shipping on weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery Address: To ensure timely delivery, please provide a valid street address. This will allow us to deliver directly to your chosen location.
